DEPARTURE: On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your apartment by 9:30 a.m. at the latest. (Please return the room key).

DEPOSIT: If used properly, we do not keep the deposit! However, we reserve the right to charge for cleaning/damage in the event of heavy soiling or damage.

HOUSEKEPPING: Please note that during your stay we will take the garbage out of your apartment and change towels. If you do not want this, please let us know.
