DEPARTURE: On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your apartment by 9:30 a.m. at the latest. (Please return the room key).

NO SMOKING: It is not allowed to smoke in the entire building.

DEPOSIT: If used properly, we do not keep the deposit! However, we reserve the right to charge for cleaning/damage in the event of heavy soiling or damage.
