our house is situated in a quiet, central location in Kappl in the heart of the beautiful Paznaun. Experience our cosy, family-run house as the ideal starting point for your sporting activities. The region, which includes the villages of Ischgl, Galtür and See, awaits you with a variety of possibilities, such as.
Mountaineering, hiking, mountain biking, skiing or snowboarding, cross-country skiing, tobogganing and much more. For your equipment there is an in-house ski room with ski boot dryer.
